Off-grid solar systems
Request an assessment
Assess independent supply from the load
Off-grid solar is a stated Prime Green Energies offer. Its suitability depends on the actual site's energy needs and access to charging, not on a district label or a standard household package.
List each load's power, operating hours, starting demand and whether it is essential. Identify loads that can operate during generation hours and those that need stored energy.
Design for periods without generation
Storage, charging capacity and allowable demand must be assessed together. Weather, seasonal use and operating practices affect the design; no fixed autonomy or runtime is promised before assessment.
Confirm any generator integration, changeover, protection and manufacturer compatibility as explicit design requirements. Do not assume every off-grid inverter supports the same inputs or functions.
Confirm installation and support scope
Share the site locality, access, roof or mounting area and proposed battery space. Agree travel, equipment delivery, installation, tests, documentation and support responsibilities in the quotation.
Compare on-grid and hybrid alternatives where the property has a utility connection. Independent supply, lower purchased energy and outage backup are different requirements.
Andhra Pradesh service coverage
Based in Vizianagaram, Prime Green Energies accepts enquiries across Andhra Pradesh. Confirm the site's survey, travel and support arrangements before booking.

Service questions
Will rooftop solar run during a power cut?
A conventional on-grid inverter shuts down when the grid fails. Backup needs compatible equipment, storage, transfer/protection arrangements and circuits designed for that purpose.
What does five-year support cover?
Five years of free labour and technician visits. Parts, replacements and manufacturer warranties are separate; confirm the applicable scope and exclusions in your quotation.
How is battery backup duration decided?
List simultaneous essential loads, starting power and required hours. Usable battery energy, losses, settings and equipment limits determine the design. PV kW, inverter kW/kVA and battery kWh are different quantities.
When can a survey or installation happen?
Agree timing after the locality, access, scope and equipment needs are reviewed. Approvals, site readiness and utility procedures can affect the sequence.
