Government of India. Use the current portal process and eligibility requirements.
PuREPower manufacturer resources
PURE Energy. Request the current datasheet and warranty for the exact model and hardware version. Product documents do not define the EPC installation scope.
Ask for the installed-system record
The quotation and handover should identify installed equipment, diagrams, protection, testing, monitoring access, utility documents and the responsible service contacts. A brochure does not replace the agreed installation scope.
Labour, equipment and paid service
Five years of free labour and technician visits. Parts, replacements and manufacturer warranties are separate; confirm the applicable scope and exclusions in your quotation.
Paid AMC has a separate scope, inspection schedule, eligibility, charges and exclusions. Confirm each responsibility in the proposal.
