Prime Green Energies accepts maintenance and paid AMC enquiries for solar systems. Start with the location, system type, equipment details, age when known and the problem or inspection scope requested.
A new-system inspection, monitoring issue, cleaning request and component fault require different work. Existing-system eligibility and acceptance are reviewed before confirming a visit or contract.
Make the AMC scope explicit
Agree inspection frequency, monitoring checks, cleaning responsibility, access requirements, reporting, exclusions, travel and labour charges. State how replacement parts and manufacturer claims will be handled.
An AMC is a paid agreement. It is separate from the owner's five-year free labour/technician-visit commitment for installation support and from equipment warranties. No universal response-time or parts-inclusion promise applies.
Prepare for a service assessment
Keep the latest generation/monitoring information, fault messages and equipment identifiers available for the conversation. Describe any recent roof or electrical changes. Do not climb onto a roof or open electrical equipment to collect information.

What does five-year support cover?
Five years of free labour and technician visits. Parts, replacements and manufacturer warranties are separate; confirm the applicable scope and exclusions in your quotation.
Is paid AMC the same as installation support?
No. Paid AMC needs its own inspection schedule, eligibility, scope, exclusions, charges and visit terms. Equipment warranty and the five-year labour/technician-visit commitment have separate responsibilities.
Do you serve places outside the four priority districts?
