Commercial CAPEX solar
Request an assessment
Assess consumption and the site
For a customer-owned rooftop system, start with energy use, daytime load, tariff, sanctioned demand and roof ownership. Share seasonal bills and any available interval-load data. Capacity and financial assessment follow the site constraints.
Define engineering responsibilities
Roof and access
Confirm structural assessment, mounting, weatherproofing, safe access, maintenance routes and operational restrictions.
Electrical integration
Identify connection points, protection, metering, shutdown coordination, drawings and the party responsible for approvals.
Request a scoped proposal
Compare equipment, procurement, installation, tests, monitoring, handover records, exclusions and support. Evaluate cash outlay and operating assumptions alongside savings; avoid treating a modelled payback as a guarantee.
Project acceptance, size limits, district coverage and execution commitments require confirmation before a proposal. The scoped offer is customer-owned rooftop CAPEX; accepted project size and execution commitments follow assessment.
Request a commercial assessmentIndustrial and shared-roof considerations
For warehouses or factories, review structural responsibility, operating constraints, safe maintenance access and shutdown windows. For leased or shared roofs, establish consent and the electricity connection the system will serve.
Labour, equipment and paid service
Five years of free labour and technician visits. Parts, replacements and manufacturer warranties are separate; confirm the applicable scope and exclusions in your quotation.
Paid AMC has a separate scope, inspection schedule, eligibility, charges and exclusions. Confirm each responsibility in the proposal.

Commercial questions
What determines the installed solar price?
Capacity, equipment, structure, cable routes, protection, labour, transport, taxes and site-specific work determine the quote. Request gross cost, exclusions and payment stages in writing; confirm subsidy separately.
Who owns the commercial solar system?
The stated commercial offer is customer-owned CAPEX. The customer purchases the scoped system; equipment, engineering responsibilities and payment stages are agreed in the proposal.
What does five-year support cover?
Five years of free labour and technician visits. Parts, replacements and manufacturer warranties are separate; confirm the applicable scope and exclusions in your quotation.
When can a survey or installation happen?
Agree timing after the locality, access, scope and equipment needs are reviewed. Approvals, site readiness and utility procedures can affect the sequence.
Do you serve places outside the four priority districts?
Prime Green Energies offers solar services across Andhra Pradesh from its Vizianagaram base. Share the district and locality to confirm scope, survey, travel and support arrangements.
Does residential subsidy apply to every solar project?
Eligibility, equipment and application conditions need checking through the current official process. Do not apply residential subsidy assumptions to a commercial project or a standalone battery purchase.
